New Book Debut !

I’m proud to introduce my fourth book… The Self Love Journal 💕

This isn’t just a journal.
It’s a 60-day journey to reconnect with who you are, rebuild your confidence, and give yourself the care you’ve been pouring into everyone else.

Inside you’ll find:

  • 60 guided prompts across 12 powerful themes
  • Space to reflect, heal, and grow
  • Simple self-love actions you can actually follow through on

This Mother’s Day, give a gift that lasts longer than flowers.
Give yourself—or another woman you love—the permission to pause, reflect, and choose her.

Because self-love isn’t selfish… it’s necessary.

✨ Choose yourself every day.

Thank you for your support. I can’t wait to hear about your experience with the book. If you feel led to write a review on Amazon it helps the book get seen by others. Thank you again.

Welcome to Melanin & Pink Ribbons: A Blog for Black Women Fighting and Surviving Breast Cancer. It was born out of my personal journey as a patient not seeing very many images of women who looked like me fighting this disease. So, when I became a survivor, I did something about it. This is a space to learn and become empowered with information so we as a community can thrive into survivorship.
