I am very excited to release this video demonstrating how to perform a BSE featuring a model who has my/our beautiful Black skin tone! In the landscape of videos on the internet I was unable to locate many highlighting Black women, so I created my own. I was able to find a female creative to bring my concept, script, and vision to life.

One of the keys to erasing the stigma and lessening the fear around breast cancer is direct outreach in a format easily accepted and understood by the audience. It is my hope this video is used as a vehicle to guide women and will help the apprehensive lady by encouraging her to do Breast Self Exams monthly. If you are already doing your BSE monthly then pass this along to a lady you care about to convey the message that early detection saves lives!
