No matter the diagnosis remember, your core the essence of your being. Hold fast to the positive things about you that breast cancer cannot touch! Fill yourself with positive self-talk as you fight and or survive. I know you can do it!

Welcome to Melanin & Pink Ribbons: A Blog for Black Women Fighting and Surviving Breast Cancer. It was born out of my personal journey as a patient not seeing very many images of women who looked like me fighting this disease. So, when I became a survivor, I did something about it.
